Teen drivers should not have special restrictions placed on thier driver licenses because if they have CONCLUDED the driver test with a proficient grade, it should be treated like an adult ACQUIRED thier license. No driver should have restrictions, driving is a CULTURE and in cultures the rules never change. Also it help drivers learn from mistakes other than not making them and then when something happens they dont know how to handle it. Teens should be treated with equal driving rights.
